Mr. Pross’ safety training includes Certifications and Licenses for the training and Supervision of Employees on City Based work as well as the tri-state area.
Mr. Pross is a Site Safety Manager with the Department of Buildings in the City of New York as well as being certified to train employees in OSHA 10 and OSHA 30-hour courses. His blend of Safety Practices and Field Supervision provide the versatility required to maintain a safe working environment without impact to the completion of the project.
A seasoned construction professional with the ability to visualize the finished product and stages of construction required allow for seamless coordination with Holt’s field supervision, resulting in successful and safe projects. Mr. Pross’ formula is to customize each Project Safety Program, taking into account Site logistics, Project Requirements, and the needs of the Construction Team (Owner, Architect, CM/GC). As the Safety Director, he also monitors Holt’s coordination of trades and their handling of potential hazardous conditions in order to maintain the integrity of the safety practices on all Holt Construction Projects.
Concerned with the safety of his fellow workers, the general public, the owner and any property affected by Holt Construction projects, Mr. Pross continually attends safety courses, lectures and symposiums related to OSHA regulations. Mr. Pross directs the activities of our Safety Officer and both are involved with regular on-site project inspections. Mr. Pross also manages the regular updating our Holt Safety Manual to comply with the newest changes in regulations.
