Holt Construction was selected to complete the construction of the new Blue Smoke Restaurant at JFK Airport.
Holt Construction acted as a Construction Manager to complete this project. In addition to this project Holt also completed Uptown Brasserie, Shake Shack, Cake Tin, and La Brea at the same time. This project marks the first launch of a Danny Meyer concept in the airport Food and Beverage industry. Blue Smoke was constructed in the recently completed Delta Extension at Terminal 4. The construction of this project and the other concepts noted above commenced in late January of 2013 and was completed and opened on May 24th of 2013 when the Terminal went live. Despite this critical timeline this project consists of very high end Millwork and Kitchen Equipment installations.
