From its early start, Holt Construction, one of New York’s oldest and well respected construction firms, became a recognized construction industry innovator.
Holt is rooted in innovation from the firm’s onset. We developed the first movable partition system, we opened the first model home in the United States, and we started several local unions in Rockland County, providing skilled workers to the area.
