At Holt, alternative delivery systems have been organic to the way we build – one of the first firms to build with an Integrated Project Delivery model in NYC aviation – to modular, highly coordinated testing centers constructed in high traffic environments, we have become a recognized leader in collaborative construction approaches.

From analysis of existing site conditions, environmental assessments, review of existing project documentation, examination of current business work process, building and staging restrictions, labor requirements, and community impacts, our preconstruction services assist in setting up a project for success.
