Under Construction, Premier Passenger Club

Holt Construction is currently completing a 20,000 sq. ft. premier passenger club within Terminal C of Newark Liberty International Airport.

The project began with a complete demolition of the existing space and installation of new escalators, fixtures and imported furniture and millwork. The project is currently being completed above one of the most active areas within the terminal which requires major coordination with the trades and airport personnel to not disturb the facilities below. When completed, the club will feature a full restaurant grade kitchen, full bar, restrooms both group and private, and seating areas throughout the space.
