Under Construction Project Spotlight; JFK Airport, Terminal 4 Restrooms

Holt Construction is completing renovations to multiple restrooms within Terminal 4 of JFK International Airport. In order to keep existing restrooms operational, Holt is utilizing a three phased approach during the renovation.

This will allow the other restrooms to stay operational as each phase is completed. As each phases ends, those newly renovated restrooms will open and the next phase of restrooms will begin. Included in the renovation are new partitions, stalls, family rooms, sinks and other fixtures. The new restrooms have imported tile from Italy and newly installed occupancy lights above each stall. These renovations will help match the design and look of Terminal 4 and will be completed in 2024.
