Creating a culture of collaboration, continuous education, and empowerment is an important piece of Holt’s formula for success. Last week Holt’s leadership brought together over 150 employees from each of our business unit’s, as well as some of our trade partners, industry peers and leaders of technology in our field to discuss various topics including integrating technology to improve operational efficiency, how to better collaborate with our trade partners and how to build better relationships with our clients and trade partners.
The full day seminar provided staff an opportunity to not only understand what is next for Holt, but to foster stronger connections with their peers and provide educational opportunities for all in attendance.
