Holt Construction Welcomes Samuel Paglianite as Project Executive for Hudson Valley Division

Goshen, NY — 8-13-26 — Holt Construction is pleased to announce that Samuel Paglianite (pictured right) has joined the company as a Project Executive for the Hudson Valley Division, based out of Holt’s Goshen, New York office. Paglianite brings more than 35 years of experience across healthcare construction, engineering, real estate development, and executive leadership, providing a unique perspective shaped by experience on both the owner’s and client’s sides of the industry.

In his new role, Paglianite will provide project leadership, client engagement, preconstruction oversight, and construction management expertise across Holt’s growing Hudson Valley portfolio. His extensive background in healthcare construction and institutional projects will further strengthen Holt’s ability to deliver complex projects in occupied and operational environments.

Throughout his career, Paglianite has held senior leadership positions including Principal, Head of Construction Services, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Director of Field Engineering. His experience spans a wide range of project types and delivery methods, including design-build programs, healthcare expansions, infrastructure improvements, master planning initiatives, data centers, renovations, and commercial development.

Paglianite has consistently demonstrated success in obtaining, negotiating, and managing institutional and commercial design-build projects. His experience encompasses the full project lifecycle, from planning and evaluating design criteria and developing estimates through bidding, contract buyout, value engineering, construction, and project completion. He has also led and coordinated design professionals, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), contractors, and project stakeholders to successfully navigate complex project requirements.

A significant component of Paglianite’s background is his ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships. His career has provided him with experience as a business owner, healthcare professional, engineer, entrepreneur, and construction executive, allowing him to understand projects from multiple perspectives and develop collaborative solutions that align with both operational and construction objectives.
