Texas School District Gymnasium Projects

Holt Construction partnered with a local independent school district on a multiphase project to construct a number of new, ground-up gymnasiums, multipurpose rooms and community learning centers.

The team is currently focusing on the gymnasiums in the second phase of the project. These gymnasiums are being built from the ground-up and require extensive earth moving and coordination with the school during construction. In addition to the gymnasium space, the final space will include a activity room, storage rooms, restrooms, offices and other support areas. The gymnasium itself, houses extensive HVAC work, lighting and sound system with specialized sound panels to mitigate any echo.
