What You’ll Need to Prequalify With Holt

Before you get started you will need the following information to complete the short application:

  • Your W-9
  • Sample Certificate of Insurance
  • Financial Records
  • Safety Records
  • Licenses & Certifications
  • Litigation History
Get Started!

01. Once you click “Get Started” you will see the BuildingConnected landing page. Click Continue.

02. Add an email address (a company email is preferred), click the “I agree” button and click “Create Account“.

03. Put in your full name and create a password. Click “I’m not a robot” and click “Next: Company Details” to continue.

04. Type in your company name. If you see it you can click on it. If not, click the “Create a new one” button then click “Next“.

05. Fill out the company information and personal information sections and then click “Get started” to continue.

06. You will have to verify your email through your email client (outlook, gmail, etc..) once verified you can click on “Reload this page“.

07. You will now be in the Holt Construction Application form.

08. Once the form is completed you can click on “Submit” and a Holt Construction representative will be with you shortly.
