Holt Construction recently completed a major renovation at one of Boston’s most iconic luxury hotels, transforming its lobby-level restaurant, bar, and kitchen into a sleek, modern, and multifunctional destination. Finished in April 2024, the project updated 30,000 sq. ft. of space to improve guest flow, create flexible seating, and support faster, more efficient service, all while maintaining the hotel’s reputation for elegance and sophistication along the Rose Kennedy Greenway.

Today, the renovated space serves multiple purposes: a destination for guests to enjoy a meal or drink, a casual meeting spot, and a flexible venue for private events.
