Robert Kipp, Senior General Superintendent of the Rosedale New York office, spent time this summer volunteering with the Local Initiatives Support Corporation at their NYC Developers of Color Training Program.

His time, commitment and support has helped the LISC continue to provide this first-of-its-kind hands on training to enhance MBE developers’ access to capital and networks across the industry!

LISC NYC, LISC’s flagship New York City program, was established in 1980. LISC NYC supports local partners whose services and programs aim to create a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable New York City. Since 1980, LISC NYC has invested over $2.7 billion and leveraged an additional $6.5 billion in support of low-income communities. This has resulted in over 42,000 affordable homes built and nearly two million square feet of retail and community space preserved.
