In his former role as Controller, Anselmi provided expert oversight of all daily accounting functions and processes. His experience with audit and analysis, in conjunction with his knowledge of information systems and financial statement preparation, make him integral to the financial health of the company. In his current role, Anselmi is responsible for the company’s long-term financial planning and annual budgeting,
Setting a standard for the organization’s 250 people on a day-to-day basis, Asaro and his leadership team have consistently increased the firm’s revenue since 2001 and have opened offices in key geographic areas throughout the nation. Considered one of the nation’s leaders in Aviation construction, Asaro has fostered key relationships throughout the country with Carriers, Concessionaires, and the A/E/C community. Asaro has instituted a culture at Holt that focuses on client service and satisfaction while also maintaining a family atmosphere at the 100-year-old firm. Asaro has been recognized by several organizations, including most recently being honored by the Women Builders Council for his commitment to elevating women in construction and other M/WBE organizations for their advancement in the A/E/C industry. Asaro has been a driving force behind the successful relationships we have built with our repeat clientele.
Stiller is known for his critical advance thinking and planning, along with a keen eye on the logistics required to build a complex project. His 37-year career at Holt has touched every level of the operations structure, from his early days as a union carpenter and site foreman, to his successful move into the Project Management arena as Executive Vice President of Preconstruction. He has continued to mentor key personnel while helping Holt Construction complete projects using state of the art delivery methods such as Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Design/Build.
Amanda Clappsy-Koval has over 25 years of experience in Construction Management, working with Holt Construction for the past 15 years of her career. She has managed a diversified array of projects spanning the various Holt-focused Business Markets, such as New Construction, Aviation, Food and Beverage, Entertainment, Hospitality, Commercial, Corporate Interiors, and Education, with clients in both the public and private sectors, acting as Construction Manager, General Contract, or Owner’s Representative.
For the past four years, Clappsy-Koval’s focus has been in the growth and operations of the Mid-Atlantic Business Unit, leading signature projects at PHL Airport, Center City (Philadelphia), Navy Yard (Philadelphia), DCA Airport (Arlington, VA), and developing a team that represents the core values and quality for which the firm is known.
DeMarco has 20 years of experience managing the design, engineering, and construction of telecommunications, technology, and enterprise data centers. His construction and technology management expertise ranges from needs assessment, site selection, and design, through commissioning and interfacing with clients. DeMarco’s diverse background in both the telecommunications and construction industries have allowed him to develop and expand Holt Construction’s Mission Critical market on a national level.
With over 40 years expertise in new buildings, alterations, renovation, and tenant improvement construction within the Healthcare and Life Sciences Business markets, Farsetta manages the overall process of the construction project from initial budgeting through the timely project closeout of all documentation. He works closely with a team of experienced Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure each of Holt’s projects meet our quality standards and our client’s expectations. Farsetta managed the Orange County Government Center Project, located in Goshen, NY, which received the ENR Top Project Award for 2018.
For over two decades, Peter Fontana, Holt’s Director of Estimating, has become extremely knowledgeable and seasoned in preparing cost estimates for all types of building construction, both new and renovated. He has determined budgets and cost control techniques and provides cost evaluation for a myriad of projects.
Fontana is responsible for the development of project budgets during the preliminary design phase in preconstruction consultation with the owner/client and the architect. He determines budget and cost control techniques and provides value engineering techniques and cost evaluation throughout design development to final bid documents. He reviews project plans and specifications and coordinates with the Holt Operations team to confirm complete scope, identify risk, and pricing efforts, including internal budgets, conceptual budgets, and reviewing general conditions schedules, scope of work, site logistics, and other exhibits as required.
Glaser’s 25 years of experience includes full service A&E program, construction, and logistics management for both design and construction of complex large-scale facility renovations. His expertise includes executing complex projects from concept to final delivery serving as Construction Manager, General Contractor, or Owner’s Representative. Glaser’s focus has been in the growth and operations of the Dallas Business Unit, leading signature aviation projects at DFW Airport including Retail, Food and Beverage, and Financial Projects, developing a team that represents Holt’s quality and core values.
Jack Holt has been in the leadership position for over 45 years, since purchasing the firm from his father, Fred Holt, in 1974. As a third generation owner, Holt has overseen the dramatic growth of the firm over the past 15 years with a strategic focus on several core markets including, but not limited to, Aviation, Corporate Interiors, and Healthcare. Under his leadership, Holt Construction has grown its clientele across multiple markets and geographic locations such as New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Texas. Holt has provided substantial support to humanitarian and charitable organizations in Hudson Valley, NY and specifically Rockland County, NY area, and has been recognized by several organizations.
Nick Holt is the fifth generation of Holt lineage to grow our ranks. He works with our IT personnel and teams to ensure that all of Holt’s computer systems and networks remain secure and reliable throughout the day. Nick designs and implements the high-level architecture of our firm’s information technology environment while managing teams that maintain computer networks, monitor network availability, and collect data to enhance security and reliability. Holt primarily works on server-side maintenance and deployment tasks while directing teams and specialists that provide user support. He balances his keen technical knowledge with network and data infrastructure management.
With over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial construction including concentrations in corporate interiors, health science, higher education, aviation, luxury retail and core and shell. Lawrence has successfully performed in the roles of Superintendent, Lead Estimator, and Senior Project Manager prior to being named Project Executive.
He has shown a tremendous aptitude in managing and overseeing complex projects, mitigating construction risks, and direct preconstruction efforts while building client relationships in conjunction with maintaining an alliance with his staff and subcontractors.
With over 15 years expertise in the construction and aviation industry, Leasure specializes in a variety of food and beverage concepts which include ground-up, renovations, fit-out, and build-outs from airside to landside.
Leasure is highly skilled in reviewing and preparing contracts, permits, drafts, and allocating necessary project resources including subcontractors, suppliers, and labor. Leasure ensures that projects are executed on time and consistently works with his team to prioritize tasks in order to ensure successful delivery of quality projects to Holt’s client. His experience and understanding of preconstruction and construction have allowed him to deliver projects under an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodology, collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure collective team success.
From new construction and build-outs to tenant improvements and office fit-outs, Niland is well versed in building rules and regulations, including the Department of buildings (DOB).
He is skilled in efficient evaluation and development of project activities while leading a collaborative culture with all Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff from preconstruction to closeout for all projects. Through his leadership, Niland provides timely and effective decisions to deliver all projects successfully, while monitoring the budget, schedule, and compliance responsibilities for the project. Also, Niland oversees and enforces Holt’s safety policies to ensure a safe working environment on every project.
Perotti has been a member of the Holt Construction Corp. team for the past 11 years. In her previous roles as Project Executive and Director of Operations, Perotti was well-known for her outstanding team building, communications skills, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and creative problem solving to increase team productivity, new construction delivery efficiencies, and overall project profitability.
In her current role as Director of Corporate Initiatives & Strategic Planning, Perotti will apply her previous experience and vast knowledge to oversee the execution and implementation of key corporate initiatives. Perotti is unique in her ability to function not only on an executive and strategic level, but also at an operational and tactical level to ensure the best possible outcome for both the firm’s clients and the company on every project.
Phillips’ progression of over 13 years, from Project Superintendent to Project Manager to Project Executive to Director of Construction, and his background and education, offer a holistic perspective of the industry and yield a unique outlook which allows him to balance the client’s needs with the practical execution of the project.
Phillips has experience managing large aviation infrastructure projects including hangars, jet bridges, and runways, in addition to terminal experience where he has managed sectors including food and beverage and retail programs as well as national and international carrier lounge projects.
Pross is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all safety programs, policies, and procedures. He is also charged with managing all claims on both corporate and contractor policies.
He brings strong leadership to Holt’s safety team with expertise in small and large-scale construction and insurance management. His field expertise and ability to lead is enhanced by having held positions including Labor Shop Steward, Labor Foreman, General Labor Foreman, Superintendent, and Owners Representative on major construction projects. Pross is a Certified Site Safety Manager NYC Department of Building License #608 City of New York, NYCDOB SST Instructor, Rutgers University OSHA 510 Course. He has also completed OSHA 500 Trainers Course Certification for Region 11 Atlantic and is a FDNY authorized Construction Fire Site Safety Manager.
Pross has been a member of the Laborers Union Member since 1983, Structural Iron Workers Union Local 40, Trustee for Marlboro Central School District Board of Education (VP – four years), Union Affiliation LIUNA Executive, Council Local 104, and Marlboro Fire District Board of Fire Commissioner’s Member.
Mr. Rondash is a hands-on professional in all facets of the construction industry with a track record of projects being completed on-time and safely. Mr. Rondash oversees all phases of construction from initial planning to completion while also supervising foremen, assigning teams to specific jobs, providing training for new hires and directing workers on the order of tasks to be performed.
Peter is also involved in preconstruction estimates and budgets, working closely with the design architect and engineer to ensure that conflicts do not arise in a specific job’s schedule.
Jessica Rondash has been a member of the Holt team for almost six years as a part of the company’s Information Technology Department. During her tenure at Holt, Rondash has gained a strong understanding of Holt’s best practices, operations, and organizational structure.
In Rondash’s new role as Manager of Corporate Strategy and Development, she will use her prior experience to support corporate initiatives and implement procedures that will standardize practices among employees and company leaders. With a strong understanding of Holt’s technology platforms, Rondash will also develop initiatives aimed at educating employees on how to use software, ultimately increasing efficiency and consistency across the organization.
He works closely with the project superintendents to provide the best and most experienced personnel for each unique project. He is responsible for training and mentoring the field team as well as setting the tone and reflecting the culture Holt Construction is known for. With nearly three decades of construction experience he brings dependable insight and long-standing relationships in the industry to establish successful project teams.
Paralkar has two decades of experience in the AEC industry and brings diversified focus in Project Controls, Operations, Business Management, and Finance in global matrix organizations across multiple lines of business. His experience spans from small-cap maintenance and sustaining presence projects to multi-billion-dollar capex projects largely focused on buildings, aviation, rail, industrial, and oil and gas segments across both public and private sectors. Paralkar is responsible for monitoring and improving the company’s profitability, while ensuring timely and accurate firm-wide reporting. Paralkar establishes and maintains an effective set of internal controls as a top priority while implementing the firm’s operational, project delivery, and business intelligence policies. Additionally, he monitors the company’s operating structure and manages the annual business plan.
Klebanoff leads the organization for its legal matters such as dispute avoidance, conflict resolution, contract drafting and negotiation, project issue mitigation, corporate law, employment and insurance counsel, and compliance. Klebanoff drives a solutions-based approach toward her practice by leveraging her years of field construction, outside counsel, and in-house experience. Prior to joining Holt, Klebanoff supervised the legal department of a private equity backed consulting firm in the architectural, engineering, and construction sector, was counsel at a top construction law firm, and worked in the field on several large transportation construction projects.
