American Airlines Admirals Club Renovation

This IPD project consists of the renovation of the existing Admirals Club-Concourse B, Terminal 8 while it remains operational.

This project occurred in the American Airlines Leasehold and consisted of the demolition and re-installation of the majority of the finishes throughout the club as well as an upgrade of the existing MEP systems. More specifically the scope of work included the installation of new flooring, doors, ceilings, wall panels and column cladding, light fixtures, furniture, bathroom fixtures, showers, elevator renovation and cladding, new check-in point, development of the Bridge and the replacement of the existing kitchen with a full service kitchen.

As stated prior, this 30,000-sf renovation occurred in an active club. Multiple phases were enacted so any impact to operations was required to be kept to a minimum.┬áThe club now contains areas for seating, dining, entertaining, and more. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, PCs with internet access, food for purchase, children’s room, and showers.
