Bose Corporation

Holt was awarded to construct the fit-out of this high-end retail technology store in the iconic Westfield World Trade Center or Oculus as part of the Grand Opening launch for the location.

Bose was seeking a construction manager to complete the fit-out of there high profile space before the grand opening of the Oculus. Because of the aggressive start and completion date of only 7 weeks, Holt was selected by Bose as we continually evolved our schedule and approach to meet vital milestone dates and deliverables.

Holt modified the original budget while on-boarding new subcontractors to match required redesigns and additional needs to the project. This was handled while the fit-out was continuing so not to miss dates and ultimately the grand opening. In addition to the on boarding, Holt utilized time saving techniques from supervisors and project management, while also adding additional teams to ensure completion time.

This allowed Holt to coordinate new deliverables and mitigate site safety for employees, subcontractors, building employees and commuters as the space was opened to the general public.

Ultimately the space opened on time for the grand opening of the highly publicized event in which Bose was extremely satisfied with the space and how we communicated with the client.
