Enterprise Enterprise Rental Car

Holt Construction completed the renovations of building 69 for Enterprise Rental Car, originally utilized by airline ground equipment services.

The building was vacated prior to construction and was re-purposed into a fully functioning rental car facility that required a complete renovation of the property. Construction was inclusive full site work modifications, installation of traffic control systems, canopies and fuel stations. To ensure the building was code compliant, elevators, façade construction, roofing, HVAC equipment, and a new fire alarm system was installed.

Also included was the construction and installation of a car wash facility, mechanical shops, a lobby, administrative offices, and ancillary offices. The large, former repair bay was converted into indoor parking, allowing customers to rent and access their cars entirely in an indoor environment.

Holt Construction, Enterprise Rental Car, and Graf and Lewent (the Architect) developed a team based relationship during the preconstruction phase in order to successfully convert this facility into a successful project.
