Good Samaritan Hospital Cardio Surgery Center

Serving as Construction Manager, Holt constructed a specialized Cardio-Thoracic Surgical Operating Room, Post Anesthesia Recovery Room and a state-of-the-art Catheterization Lab.

A second shell space was constructed to allow for a future Operating Suite build-out. Holt Construction faced an extremely demanding 6-month construction schedule and announced opening date, which was accomplished without staff or patient interruption.

The Cardio-Thoracic Program was ranked #2 in NYS by Health-grades and ranked within the top 5% in the country. The Active International Cardiovascular Institute at Good Samaritan at its time was the first cardiac program west of the Hudson River between the NJ border and Albany, NY.
