This was a fast-track project required demolition of existing kitchen bars and equipment to be replaced with new stations and appliances. New ceilings, light fixtures, plumbing lines, and counter-tops were installed in order to stay within NYC codes as well as to maintain an aesthetic quality.
Holt and subcontractors collaborated closely with MSG owners to complete the project on time and within budget.
Holt has constructed over five million SF of food and beverage facilities including casual restaurants, food prep and food holding distribution centers, pop-up style boutique eateries, state-of-the-art kitchen facilities, production kitchens and has restored historic locations into world-class fine dining restaurants.
