Penhaligon’s London Retail Fit-out

This luxury British perfume house and retailer was constructed within an accelerated schedule located inside the Westfield World Trade Center.

Located on the lower level, the space follows Penhaligon’s aesthetic design and embodies Penhaligon’s rich British Heritage. Fixtures included; a mixture of clear acrylic, mirrored and dark wood drawers, specialized lighting and displays. The space itself includes a mixture of hardwood and tiled floors, interior wall partitions, new ceilings, lighting, electrical, mechanical, plumbing showroom and employee back room areas.

This project required close coordination with the tenant, Westfield and the Port Authority for deliveries, security and safety. As the center was operational for commuters, Holt created a framework to mitigate safety when entering and exiting the construction space in addition to following strict rules and guidelines set forth by the Port Authority when bringing trades and equipment on site.
