Serving as Construction Manager Holt was responsible for the trade coordination of four prime contractors and implementation of a custom logistics plan for this state-of-the-art project.

This four-story, 95,000 SF LEED Gold certified Science building houses the College’s STEM-related programs in architecture, biology, engineering and natural sciences. A vegetated roof, underground storm water cistern, bio-retention areas, energy efficiency plumbing, HVAC and solar PV panels were some of the green building strategies implemented by Holt.

Holt also employed Lean construction whereby 40% of the construction materials used were recycled or produced locally and 98% of the waste generated was recycled or salvaged.
