Holt completed demolition, clearing and site work for over 10 acres and constructed an 82,000 SF medical office building (MOB) along with a new pedestrian bridge that provides direct access to Good Samaritan Hospital.
The project had a 9-month schedule that started late September, pushing the project into the colder months of the year. Holt overcame cold weather concrete challenges by planning during pre-construction and using additives in the concrete, allowing construction to continue. The national healthcare MOB Developer relied on Holt for
pre-construction services and assistance with all required permits and local planning board approvals.
