Simon Property Group Inc., the world’s leading retail real estate company chose Holt to manage the construction and expansion of the premier shopping center; Woodbury Common Premium Outlet.

Simon Property Group, in need of renovations, upgrades and repairs to the shopping center chose Holt as we have had a successful history with the client. Working with their Construction Manager allowed us to be flexible when it came to recommendations in design changes for quick turn-around.

One of the main logistical challenges was to maintain access to all stores for employees and customers while mitigating safety precautions as construction was on-going. This required a collaborative approach with all construction trades and owner.

2241 space, 4-level parking garage for Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets. Parking garage included 3 stair towers and a fourth tower which housed 3 elevators and mechanical room. The project included an emergency call system, security cameras, wireless data connections, standpipe sprinkler system and a parking assist system complete with notification lights in each parking space. Site improvements included installation of new storm sewer and drainage structures, site lighting and landscaping.
