AIM 2022: Forces of Change Event

Alexandria Perotti, Holt’s Executive Director of Corporate Initiatives & Strategic Planning, participated on a panel at this years’ AIM Forum.

The AIM (Act, Inspire and Motivate) National Women’s Leadership Forum is put on each year by the Women Builders Council of New York.

Alongside many of New York’s powerful women in construction Magalie Austin, Executive Deputy Commissioner NYC Department of Design and Construction, Palmina Whelan, President and Founder, Palmina Whelan Strategic Solutions, Denise Berger, Director of Strategy/Innovation, AECOM, Jayne Czik, Vice President and General Counsel, Citnalta Construction and Kim Hardy, SVP Diversity, Inclusion and Compliance, McKissack & McKissack, Alexandria spoke on the dynamics of power and influence for women in construction at every level.
