Holt Advances Stadium Renovation for a Premier School District

Holt Construction is continuing to expand its work in Houston, Texas. 

Recently hired by the school district for its stadium renovation project, the modernization of the stadium will meet the needs of its large student and faculty population and will serve the needs of the school, which is one of the fastest growing school districts in Texas.

A veteran education builder, Holt Construction is managing the 10,000 sq.ft. project. The project is listed as renovation, in reality the project is demolition and removal of all existing assets from the site. The stadium project is a ground up new facility that will include locker rooms and restrooms, concessions, training rooms, ticket booths, press boxes, bleachers, Musco stadium lighting, artificial turf field, as well as maintenance and equipment storage areas. Holt’s scope of work also includes associated ancillary spaces, parking, site work, underground storm detention, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and telecommunications – all planned to transform the school into one of the most modern school districts in the state of Texas.
