AA Cayenne Catering Kitchen DFW

The construction of this 190,000 square foot, two-story concrete tilt-up project has been constructed to support the growing passenger traffic and dietary concerns of the traveling public.

 

The project rests on a 23-acre parcel that includes parking, a retention pond and a myriad of utility and roadway considerations to accommodate the overall campus development in the south-eastern quadrant of the airport’s property. The project implemented the LEED methodology, with a major goal of minimizing if not eliminating waste altogether. Close coordination, as well as aiming for a seamless collaboration experience, has aided in Holt’s goal to continuously improve on tasks throughout the project and has allowed the work to flow seamlessly.

 

Holt coordinated with the associated Airline’s Corporate Real Estate branch on the DFW Airport Planning, and the DFW Design Construction and Code Departments (DCC) in addition to multiple subcontractors.
