Holt Construction partnered with the client to construct their new restaurant inside the new Terminal A located in EWR International airport.

This unique fit-out was constructed within two halls. Based on an open design, The project included a full back of house / front of house kitchen, dining area, and pickup area. New MEP, millwork, and tie ins to existing infrastructure was included. As the terminal was being constructed around the restaurant, Holt worked with sub-contractors on deliveries as the site was occupied with other contractors and due to the nature of the terminal, delivery, egress and entry points would change weekly.
