Holt Construction partnered with the client as general contractor to construct a new restaurant inside Terminal A of the airport.
The centerpiece of the new Terminal A restaurants, the eateries’ focal point is the larger-than-life tree that hangs within the middle of the bar. The project consists of millwork and fixtures such as greenery including trees and hanging vines. The main structure consists of white opaque brick walls with a half circular bar and full kitchen, including a one-of-a-kind tee structure that was imported from California and assembled on site. The restaurant was being completed within a terminal with ongoing construction. Holt coordinated with the base building, various contractors, and trades when deliveries were made and transported to the project site.
