Holt Construction, as general contractor completed the office fit-out located within the north wing of Building 111 located within John F. Kennedy international Airport.
The white box fit-out included offices, conference room and breakroom with a kitchen, with the kitchen requiring additional millwork. New sprinklers, MEP and fire alarm connections were completed at night, as this was an occupied location and required no interruption during the day.
