The client engaged Holt Construction to renovate the newly designed Cancer Center within the medical center.
The overall scope of the project included millwork, cabinetry installations, along with new flooring. The renovation strategy called for the demolition of existing rooms and hallways, in order to renovate and expand the examination rooms, making them more efficient for both the patient and medical practitioner. The center’s existing Blood Draw Rooms were also expanded and renovated. Holt’s phasing plan provided a seamless and less invasive operational approach to the construction process and helped to mitigate any safety concerns, along with the interruption of patient care services.
