Holt Construction was engaged by the client, to construct a new $1.7 million chronic care center.

Included in the scope of work was concrete saw cutting of the floor in order to allow for the underslab plumbing, in addition to demolishing the original structure down to the walls; to begin the build-out for the newly proposed space. A hydraulic wall cutting machine (which is able to cut through existing concrete and masonry walls) was utilized to cut through the walls of two adjoining spaces in order to combine them to create a larger, more efficient space.
