Holt Construction partnered with the client as construction manager to complete the CoGeneration area.
Holt provided an addition off the hospital MEP room to house a new, larger 2MW cogeneration engine turbine. Our scope includes selective demolition of masonry, new excavation/foundations, concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, carpentry and paint. Our partnering CM, handled all the mechanical/electrical demolition and all new mechanical, electrical work, sprinkler, and fire alarm work associated with the turbine.
