Holt Construction partnered with the client as construction manager to complete the demolition and renovation to the Collins Pavilion located on the medical center’s campus.
Located on the second floor area of the Collins Pavilion, the scope of work includes new infusion bays and physicians’ area. The space required demolition of the existing floor to include new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, insulation for the new walls and 250 new light fixtures for the ceiling.
New restrooms, nurses stations, offices and waiting areas were included in the construction. The first and partial second floor was occupied during construction and required mitigating safety and noise measures during the construction.
