Holt Construction partnered with the client to complete the new mechanic’s shop located on DFW International Airport property.
The scope of work included demolition, new structural steel, millwork, new doors and storefront with windows, drywall, ceilings and finished flooring. Holt connected new plumbing, sprinklers and electrical into the existing, while including new data and security, toilet partitions and fire alarms.
