Holt Construction partnered with American Dream as general contractor to complete the fit-out for this confectionery restaurant.
The 729 sq. ft. confectionary retailer is located within the premier shopping center, American Dream. As an unfinished space, Holt completed the project with new interior partitions, finishes and back of the house amenities including a kitchen. To mitigate safety, the equipment was moved in the early hours before the mall was fully opened. This fit-out was part of a larger program in which Holt was completing multiple projects simultaneously. This alleviated schedule restraints by moving equipment and manpower as necessary for specific phases of the program.
