Holt Construction was chosen as general contractor for this two-phase, design-build project in downtown Philadelphia for the client.
This 50,000 sq. ft. office space provided a modern look and feel for its future tenants. Phase 1 involved the installation of hard wood flooring within a 4-week schedule. Phase 2 of the fit-out involved completing the project turnover in an aggressive 14 week “fast track” schedule despite heavy coordination of multiple trades and finish materials that weren’t finalized until 5 weeks from turnover. the overall scope involved multiple features including custom millwork packages, phone booths, banquettes, nooks, wall coverings, and a light fixture package. Additionally, new bathrooms, mechanical systems, fire alarm, security, and a sophisticated AV & IT systems was built-out throughout the multi-floor space.
