The client and Holt Construction have established an extensive working relationship, to complete multiple fit-outs, renovations and build-outs for their offices.
The renovation schedule allowed the project to be constructed in phases while the financial offices maintain operations. The proposed renovations of the 2nd floor adds a new IT room within the current space, renovation of the break area, reception desk area, and provide new carpet and wall-covering throughout.
The 2nd floor renovation consisted of approximately 3,170 sq. ft. in total area. The proposed renovations of the 28th floor includes renovation of the existing reception area, secure records storage, pantry, select open office areas, and seminar room. New carpet and wall-covering will be updated throughout the 28th floor. The 28th floor renovation will consist of approximately 12,640 sq. ft. in total area. The client required the existing 4th floor office space to be updated with their new minimal-industrial design language, with features that include one-of-a-kind reflective ceiling with exposed spaces. New CSA workstations, lighting marble flooring and furniture were also installed. In addition, newly a constructed conference room, offices, IT closet, lobby, and elevator lobby were included in the scope of work. The renovation included plumbing, HVAC and electrical for new audio and visual equipment.
