Holt Construction was selected as general contractor for the interior fit-out of a major financial firm offices and common lobby and corridor on the 5th floor of 200 Liberty Street.
The scope of this corporate office fit-out includes minor demolition, rough and finish carpentry, Bomb-proof office fronts, typical corporate finishes including interior stone, carpeting and wall covering, MEP and lighting, and enhanced security systems. Also included within this scope is the installation of a 250 KW generator in the 10th floor mechanical penthouse
