Partnering with the client as construction manager, Holt Construction completed the renovations to the Courthouse.
The existing space was converted from office and jail cells to a new courthouse with multiple courtrooms. Due to the sensitive nature of the project, Holt in collaboration with the city office, requires extensive background checks and security measures when entering and existing the site. Due to the building still being in use, Holt sanctioned off specific elevators and areas to move equipment and manpower so not to disturb employees. The project consists of heavy millwork and required coordination with the bottom floors due to installation of infrastructure.
