Holt Construction as general contractor completed the renovations to the crew base on level A.
The scope of work includes the demolition of existing offices, lounges, restrooms, locker rooms, shower rooms, halls, and various other outlets within the underground facility for a complete renovation of the spaces. The renovation includes new floors, walls, MEPs, and furniture. The project is being completed in phases as the crew base required to be operational during construction. To mitigate the safety of the employees, Holt utilized barriers, and locked entryways to separate construction, dust and noise. Due to the location of the space, all equipment and material were staged within an unoccupied area of the building to mitigate any delays or traffic stoppage during the lifecycle of the project.
