Holt Construction was contracted as the construction manager for an addition to an existing Data Center for the client.
The addition featured twelve back up generators, four battery rooms, four UPS rooms, two chiller plants, two substations and a 100,000 gallon underground water storage tank. At completion of the project Holt was retained to build out a facility command center for the new addition.
