As Construction Manager, Holt Construction provided demolition and general construction for a new data center located in Orangeburg NY.
Holt collaborated with the owner to construct a new data center in a pre-existing building. This included demolition and cleanup of the current space. Existing floors, ceilings and walls including fixtures were dismantled and replaced with new raised floors, walls, lighting and a state-of-the-art HVAC system which would run under the raised floors.
