Holt Construction partnered with the client as general contractor to demolish and remodel the Elections Mercantile space including their warehouse / storage facility.
The client required a new elections mercantile space for upcoming elections and chose a space that was not in use. The project was an existing office that required remodeling, with interior wall demolition. All deliveries were completed through the loading docks and while the surrounding spaces were occupied, Holt worked with the building tenants on all deliveries and movement of equipment to not disturb daily activities. In addition to the renovation, two new RTU units were installed in addition to pallet racks for ballots, mobile shelving, and an iPad charging station.
