Holt Construction as construction manager completed the renovation project for the fire company.
The scope of work included the complete general renovations and repairs to the firehouse. This included a new brick façade, renovations to the garage, windows, doors, offices, balcony, driveway and landscaping. The original façade was demolished in addition to the driveway to make way for the walls. The fire house was occupied at the time of construction and the rooms were completed in phases so not to distribute daily operations. When working in the garage, room was kept open in case of fire emergencies if the trucks needed to leave.
