Holt Construction as construction manager completed restaurant fit out within Terminal 4 of John F. Kennedy International Airport.
The scope of work included the construction of a new concession including new prep refrigerators, stainless steel counters, freezers, displays, sit down bar style eating area, new floors, lighting and self-order kiosks. Due to the terminal being active, barriers were put in place to mitigate any safety concerns with traveling passengers.
