Holt Construction was selected as the construction manager to execute the temporary turnover of five retail spaces for the client in Terminal E at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas.
The program included one restaurant and four market spaces throughout the terminal ranging from 109 sq. ft. to 5,126 sq. ft. .The restaurant pays homage to the local history and flavor of Houston both in its design and menu. All of the markets are under the client’s brand, offering an eclectic mix of dry goods, beverages and some light fare in a grab-and-go environment for the traveler with no time to sit down for a meal.
