The concession environment was influenced by urban parks and the newly designed terminals, invite passengers to enjoy the ﬂuidity and sleek comfort.
The scope of work included new ceilings, lighting, ﬂooring, architectural wall paneling, furniture, sprinkler adjustments and high-end millwork. Simultaneously the client also retained Holt for Terminal B reconstruction, while including all of the elements incorporated into Terminal A, this terminal also required SR drop ceilings, HVAC, new sprinklers, high-end decorative architectural ﬁnishes and LED lighting. Holt worked closely with the client and the individual airlines to ensure business was not interrupted. All work was done in phases and off hours in which all off hour work was restored before the next business day to existing condition.
