A casual dining concept by Chef David Chang of Momofuku serving a variety of chicken and seasonal offerings, along with beer, signature slushies, and more. The client engaged Holt Construction to fit-out their latest concept located on the Concourse level of Rockefeller Plaza.
The scope of work included new storefront, serving and small sit-down area in addition to a massive Hot Line Kitchen area, Walk-in Cooler and Walk-in Freezer. To match the style of Momofuku, the restaurant sports a larger than life, green mural showcasing the brands modern styles.
