Holt Construction was brought on as general contractor to renovate the ninth-floor Hematology–Infusion Suite within an active healthcare facility.
The project included cosmetic upgrades and an expanded waiting and reception area to support more patient-care stations. The project included new finishes, lighting, ceilings, millwork, and updates to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Because the floor remained partially occupied, construction was carefully phased to avoid disruptions. The team used temporary barriers, negative-air systems, and off-hours work to reduce noise and dust. The renovated space now features updated infusion bays, nurse and medication areas, waiting and reception zones, and patient restrooms, all with durable, healthcare-grade materials. Despite some delays with long-lead materials, early planning and coordination kept the project on schedule and within budget. The renovation was completed in August 2025, maintaining safe and continuous hospital operations throughout.
