Holt Construction was selected as construction manager for a fit-out of an emergency department.
The scope of work encompasses the renovation of the healthcare facility’s emergency department. The project is being completed in six phases, which allows the hospital to stay active during construction. As each phase ends, the space opens for staff and patients. Included in the renovation are offices, upgrades to the electrical infrastructure, patient rooms, nursing stations, storage rooms, emergency rooms, waiting areas and installation of patient lifts.
