Holt Construction partnered with a healthcare provider to complete the new CT room and control room within a medical campus.
Before construction could start and due to the nature of the area, ICRA installation was put in place to mitigate any dust to the rest of the hospital. Demolition then began and included new HVAC, sprinklers, framing, electrical and plumbing. New millwork, painting and flooring were installed in addition to specialty lighting with physics testing and final inspection completing the project for turnover.
